  • Jay Wildrick

    Director and Senior Physiotherapist

Jay, a Charlestown local, is both a Physiotherapist and the Director of One Physiotherapy. He worked as a Remedial Massage Therapist for five years before graduating with his Physiotherapy degree in 2016.

As a Physiotherapist Jay has worked with some Newcastle's top Neurosurgeons specialising in neck and lower back pain, as well as the CrossFit and Yoga communities treating all types of injures - both acute and chronic.

Jay and his wife, Yoe, founded One Physiotherapy to address two major gaps they saw in the rehabilitation space — misinformation from some healthcare providers, and a lack of genuine support, empathy, and guidance for patients. This passion continues to drive Jay and permeates through the team culture in the clinic.

Yolande is also Jay’s wife, and together they’ve built One Physiotherapy with a shared vision for creating a welcoming, patient-focused space that truly puts people first. Known for her warmth, humour, and down-to-earth nature, Yolande is an essential part of both our team and your experience at the clinic.
