Jay Wildrick
Director and Senior Physiotherapist
Jay, a Charlestown local, is both a Physiotherapist and the Director of One Physiotherapy. He worked as a Remedial Massage Therapist for five years before graduating with his Physiotherapy degree in 2016.
As a Physiotherapist Jay has worked with some Newcastle's top Neurosurgeons specialising in neck and lower back pain, as well as the CrossFit and Yoga communities treating all types of injures - both acute and chronic.
Jay and his wife, Yoe, founded One Physiotherapy to address two major gaps they saw in the rehabilitation space — misinformation from some healthcare providers, and a lack of genuine support, empathy, and guidance for patients. This passion continues to drive Jay and permeates through the team culture in the clinic.
